Standard California Pricing

  • $15 per notarized signature

  • $15 per certified copy

Standard pricing applies between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM, 7 days a week. The Sacramento Notary is available travel to the location of your choice within the Greater Sacramento Area for a travel fee starting at $50, plus additional signature costs or fees. Locations beyond Sacramento, Folsom, and Roseville may incur additional mileage fees.

After regular hours, the travel fee is $100 dollars, plus additional signature costs or fees.

Specialty pricing applies for holidays, and locations such as jails, airports, and prisons.

All pricing may vary based upon client request

  • Contracts, affadavits, sworn statements

  • The signer is present before the Notary agent, then identified, and signs the document with the specific document requirements according to the type of notary.

  • The signer personally appears to the notary, who is identified, signs in the presence of the notary, and is administered an oath or affirmation declaring the truthfulness of the document.

  • Spoken promises of truthfulness made in the presence of the Notary (e.g., Oath of Office, witness for depositions, testimony).

  • For copy certification of other documents, the Copy Certification by Document Custodian may be executed by the notary. The signer certifies the copy as an accurate reproduction of the original document by having the notary administer an oath.

  • Hospitals, Jails, Private Residences, Places of Employment, Lenders’ Offices, Brokers’ Offices, Law Firms, Real Estate Offices, Insurance Companies, Title Companies, Escrow Companies, Restaurants, Airports, Our Office in Midtown, and any other Location of Your Choice.

  • Between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week, our mobile notary signing agents are available travel to the location of your choice within the Greater Sacramento Area for $50.00 plus $15.00 for each signature notarized in California. There are additional fees for after hour mobile notarizations, any holidays, and locations such as jails, airports, and prisons. Please call us at (916) 402-0528 for a quote.

  • Business hours are Monday through Sunday 8am - 8pm.

    After hours are 8pm-8am and will have an after hours fee added.

    1. Some form of state approved identification. Acceptable forms of ID include: Dirvers License, U.S. Passport, State Issued ID, An inmate identification card issued by the California Department of Corrections, U.S. military ID, An employee ID issued by an agency or office of the state of California or a California city, county, or city and county. Other forms of identification may be acceptable for certain notarial acts; however, you must first verify with your Notary.

    2. The documents that need to be notarized. If you are unable to print the documents in advance, the Notary can do so, however additional charges may apply.
